Cron generates drafts on the chosen day of month (1–28); auto-sends after the review window; payment terms applied to each invoice.

Reminder timing

Hours after a class starts before the first reminder fires. Default 8. Late-evening classes from the previous day are handled automatically.

Per-tutor reminders

Bulk-enable or disable reminder emails for all tutors.
